This is to notify all if you wish to install DEN BROADBAND at your place, then do read this review beforehand. It is the worst internet connection ever. I reside in Vaishali, Ghaziabad and has been using DEN for a while. This freaking connection is just worthless. It’s been 6 days that the internet isn’t working. Not even for 2 minutes, mind it. During this pandemic most of us are working from home and this company of filthy people aren’t ready to even resolve the issue. It’s been 6 days without internet. And I have been calling continuously since past 6 days to there customer care and all the executives are so freakingly well-trained by the company that they are misleading the customers since 6 days and saying that the engineers are working and the issue will be sorted out soon. 6 days aren’t enough to solve the issue? I don’t understand what’s wrong with the company. But I would request everyone not to consider DEN internet ever. I’m literally frustrated with the wireless services of the company. I had a word with about 10 people in their customer care center all are just misguiding and not ready to solve the query. I had a word with a GUY named AZAR from DEN broadband customer care center that person was so much of filth that he didn’t even bother to talk properly and even hung up on me with me on line waiting for me to answer my queries!? He was so unprofessional. Legit a worthless company and a worthless team. Now the team of DEN are saying for their rescue that our engineer are working and solving the problem but UPPCL is cutting the wires and we are unable to fix the issue. Like WTF is wrong with them, they are so hypocrites. Why would UPPCL will do this ever? Even if they do so, then what’s the fault of customers? I have paid 550rs and have been paying them every month. What’s my fault as a customer? Really frustrated with this WORTHLESS company with a team of UNPROFESSIONAL
