MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE:
I opted for DEN Boomband on 27th Jun 2015 and it was a stupid decision. Firstly the cust care advised me that I would be given a router of the following brands: D-Link /Sysko / Pro-Link but I ended up receiving an unknown brand Wifi router called Xperia Labs. Its range is so poor that WIFI doesnt reach the next room properly.
I talked to the cust care repeatedly and they said that WIFI range cannot be increased. So I wrote an email and got a call from DEN and the person made a false statement just to escape the situation that WIFI range as promised by the company is just 5mtrs. No company provides a wifi range as short as 5mtrs which is just 15 feet. When I asked them to show me any T&C that I signed that would prove that I agreed for 5m Wifi range or to show that I was informed about it, the executive disconnected the call.
On monday, 6th July 2015, I woke up at 7am and found that my internet is not working. I made a complaint at 10:30AM calling up the cust care. They lodged a complaint and said that the problem will be resolved by 3:30PM i.e 5hrs TAT. Hours kept passing by but I got no call / visit from DEN. I called them again n again to enquire the status and they kept asking me to wait till 3:30PM. Finally 3:30 PM also passed by and I wrote emails to them but no help n absolutely no response. Everytime I called them, they took it as a new complaint and gave me a new service request ID. Theser are the following complaint numbers I got for the same issue: CAS-08250-V6G9R7; CAS-08311-D5D1H7; CAS-08366-W8X3T2; CAS-08427-T9Z9L6; CAS-08503-C9K8R1. Finally the services resumed around 7:30PM and that is when I got a call and the executive saidservices are back, please check". It was a total harassment.
Today - 10th July 2015, I again woke up to find my internet not working. I lodged a complaint at 8AM and they gave me a TAT of 5 hrs. But I have got no calls / reply on emails - as I made 3 email complaints too since morning. Executives have nothing to say apart from asking me to keep waiting. The 5hrs TAT is also over. still my internet not working.If I ask to connect me to a supervisor, the executives would either arrange a call back.that never comes to me OR will put my call on hold enlessly till I would have to disconnect out of frustation.
They kept me on hold for 30 mins, 20 mins and 34 mins.when I had to simply disconnect.
This is the 3rd major issue in a weeks time where I am not getting any response from DEN. They have taken a 3 months advance pymt from me of Rs.2565/- I do not wish to continue with such a harassing service provider and because of their non responsiveness I incurred business losses for the days internet was down.
