Worst ever cable network from DEN when it comes to customer support.
Since last couple of months I was facing issue like cable was not coming after every 4-5 days, as I am holding DEN settop box from local cable operator(9242414416, Hebbal, kempapura), I was telling first this to my local operator so he was giving same result like "CABLE WAS CUT SO IT WILL TAKE 1 HR" after some time I was getting the cable. But issue still exists.
so now I am complaining to my local cable operator he is telling that you have to change DEN settop box and will replace it with another companys settop box IN 1000 Rs,
Also he is giviing same reason "DENs cable is getting cut " and replacing the settop box will help .
BUT I am not getting that if the cable is getting cut thn how changeing settop box will help?
so I gave this complaint to DEN network and they are telling that "THIS PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE, AS IN THAT AREA THIS IS THE PROBLEM AND PLEASE TAKE SET TOP BOX FROM ANOTHER OPERATOR WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS" SO THIS IS THE STUPID AND CARELESS ANSWER THEY ARE GIVING FROM DEN NETWORKS.
