This is the worst online platform. They are not willing to help any of their customers. their customer support is the worst and they are using FAKE reviews to increase their rating. Check quora and other websites even they are listed on Amazon and rating is only 1.9 and filled with customer reviews of dissatisfied and harrassed customers.
I have ordered from them and 2 items were defective but after giving unboxing video and all proofs and follow all the instructions, still they didn’t provide any resolution and customer support is senseless and keep telling you that you are not using products (that are defective) correctly.
I have all the screenshots of chat. I even contacted Sameer Rajani (on of their upper management) and he said that he will get it fixed asap but all this was just a fluke and after few days when no resolution received i again asked him to look into the matter but then he didn’t replied. Now I might move to consumer court against them. Thier are many like me who are facing same issues with DeoDap.
