This is about my experience that I had with Deogiri Auto last when I was planning to purchase Tata Nano Twist. Deogiri auto is located at Andheri west S. V Rd. Since they were the closest and had Nano on display. I had gone to the showroom on Sunday, yes they were open on Sunday but with minimal staff.
As soon as I entered I was welcomed and as soon as I said Iam looking for Tata Nano I was redirected to someone who seemed to be new in Sales. Sales person just waved his hands towards the golden colour Nano and said this is the car as if I do not how the Nano looked like.
I asked what are the feature of new Nano and what should I go with it when I could pay bit extra and have a another brand. He did explain me the feature, however on my second concern he said please go with another model of Tata as Nano there is not much sale. He was pushing me towards Tata Tiego, now thats not few more bucks that is few more thousands and was not in my budget.
Deogiri auto had good finance plan available including their own Tata finance. There were few good option for Tata nano as well wherein you pay low down payment and rest in 5 years.
Sales person continuously was talking more about Tata Teigo and less about Nano which created a doubt about Tata Nano
There were other experienced Sales person and I was the only customer in the showroom no one bothered asking me for water, not a bug deal I just felt cause I have been at Auti dealers and they always show a courtesy of asking water.
I left with lot of doubt cause I had done by R&D about the car online, however the salesperson who is from Tata do not belive in Tata Product and I felt Tata Nano should have promoted with more flair. It was evident the sales person was looking for more commission.
