As you said correctly, we surely want to back off from the project after seeing the way you are handling our project with zero dedication..
As you are mentioning, have you really sent us a completed design..I mean do you even call it a design...
Also the quotation given to us before paying the booking amount and after paying the amount was surprising different n you gave no explanation to that..
I think there is some miscommunication between you and designer Gaurav.
Your designer had insisted us to pay the booking amount saying that if u don’t wish to go ahead you can anytime buy furniture at the amount that you have paid. We have calls recorded on our phone, which we can share with your seniors and my legal team. This is a pure case of fraud and cheating by designcafe team. At this moment, we are not asking for any designing.. We are just asking for a Murphy bed.If you can provide it, we can close this peacefully. We expect some professional ethics from designcafe and team.
Practice what you preach.
Please don’t fool people by giving false promises to extract money at the time of booking..
