We enrolled for our 2 BHK Full interior with Design Cafe. Paid 5% amount per DC’s norms. When we were called for colour selection, there were hardly few shades available with Design Cafe whereas in the open market there are lot of good colour options. We cannot continue with those old colours and decided to cancel the booking. Now I’m coming to know that there is no refund possible. This is extremely sad. A professional company should debit some cancellation fees and refund my hard earned money. Lets do business and lets not get into this HeraFeri!
I want to understand single reason for not refunding my money. Don’t Give me the reason that it is as per our refund policy.
