They drilled a big hole of the pocket and provided a poor quality work, material and designs.
They delayed the handover by more than 4 Months
Worthless Designer who is least bothered about her own designs on how do they fit in the home. People who are getting the work done "Please watch out for the costs they mention, they are scenarios they charged for the work that they are not doing". We have escalated it big time.
Designer wouldn’t come to check the work and everything is left to Project manager and you will be bounced between the two for any concerns.
They are 100% dependent on the vendors and your work is at the mercy of the vendors. Quality of the materials is pretty low and you will for sure end up getting the issues from the day 1. 6 Months since I moved in and every day of mine starts with an issue in one of the fantastic work done by them. My bathroom partition hinges broke twice in a period of 6 months and washroom is in unused condition due to glass completely leaning and hanging for life. When reached out to Design Cafe they avoided my calls and messages. One person is kind enough in the entire DC to tell me that these parts are not in warranty and they care a damn about these issues.
All in all a worst company to consider to fullfill your dreams of a beautiful home. You will end up adding more pressure to your brain.
Don’t consider this company.
