Talking about this bank I like to say that their services are not up to the mark as expected. Their cash deposit points and ATM services are very restricted to some areas. After facing this problem I tried to switch over the traditional banking To netbanking.
And, that service is even more worse than the traditional one, there is always in a major time, Link failure and all. I got irritated and complained to the bank authorities, but it took months to get my banking facilities at par to the normal.
