My experience with duetsche bank credit cards.
Why was I even interested in a credit card of Deutsche bank? - I work for a german customer and I was a little stupid in showing interest in getting a credit card of a gemna bank
I chose a card which has a guitar picture on the card. I got a plain stupid card. I got a stupid reasoning from the customer care saying that it costs me 500/- to get a credit card with a guitar picture on it.
I was about to kill the credit card immediately after hearing the(awkwardly polite) customer care executive but somehow my stupidity prevailed and I dint do that.
Few months down the lane I missed my payment adn realized it one month later. I repayed the entire month due including the next month’s.
I then called the customer care executive to get those charges reversed. He took my request down and asked me to call back in 2 days for a confirmation.
I call back in 4 days and heard from another polite customer care executive that they were in the middle of a holiday season and I better call back after 3 days.
I asked if they have any more holidays in between, she replied that she is not sure and kept repeating that I should call back in 3 working days. Such a dumbo she really is.
I will try my luck in 3 more days and keep this thread updated.
