Deva- Ek Atrangee is a marathi movie that stars Ankush Chaudhari, Tejaswini Pandit in the lead roles. This movie is remake of the Malyali Film Charlie. This movie really disappoints as the plot cannot hold together the audience’s attention.
The plot revolves around Maaya( Tejaswini) who is searching for the topic of her next book when she meets Deva, a man who has a heart of gold and is keen on helping helpless people always. The plot really loosens its grip in the first half of the movie. Unni R. , the writer has tried and efforts are seen but to no avail and movie fails in the screenplay badly.
Music is given by Amitraj. The song Roj Roj Navyane is really nice and catchy. Audience is drawn towards the complete song package. Overall, the music is one of the positive sides of the movie and tries to lift it up.
Performance is great by actors like Spruha Joshi, Mohan Agashe, Vaibhav Mangale. These even as side characters make the screen pleasant. But the lead roles Ankush and Tejaswini have disappointed the audience with non convincing scenes.
Cinematography of the movie is again one of its good parts. The shoot is done really nice and the color scale of the movie is really vibrant and fresh. The scenes are shot very thoughtfully.
Overall, its an average movie but lacks somewhere in writing and performance
