Hi friends, I am taking a home loan from Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. I am living in West Bengal at Chandannagar. I need a home so I approach lots of bank and collect the knowledge regarding Home Loan. In those bank DHFL is also a home loan providing company. When I contact with their sells executive, his behaviour was very good and helpful. He provided lots of idea to take a home and knowledge about the documents of home. He realised me that he can help and fulfill my need and said that I will provide the loan within 12-15 days.After one year I got a home in my locality for buying. And made an agreement paper and submitted a loan application in the DHFL branch Chandannagar. DHFL working main branch is in Kolkata, all the work will coplate.After paid the processing fees and copmletion of all paper work he told me to bring other useless document like certified copy of registry paper of the seller because they have some doubt and we have to face the problem. After getting certified copy their doubt was clear witb the original copy which I have already given. They suggested me a life insurance plan which I had to take before disbursing home loan, I agreed with him. After that they suggested me their advocate person for quick registration but he take lots of time and doing lots of mistake in paper work. Sells executive take high charge for registration. We know that the bank’s employee will come to collect the original paper but it not happened, they try to call us at Kolkata office to collect cheque with authorisation later and deposite original documents. But we forced them to send their employee otherwise I shall filed a copmlain, then they send their employee. They take more then 40 days to disburse the loan through cheque. So I suggest all the person who need a Home Loan please direct contact to bank not such DHFL like finance company. And when you reach to that type company please use your advocate for registry. The interest rate is higher than they show in advertisement in Television by actor Shahrukh Khan. They alway try to keep yoy get away from Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. They harsh me too much, lots of time I have to visit Kolkata office. They did not discuss their requirement at a time.
