I needed a home loan and I was turned back by SBI, BOM and PNB, where I had my accounts for long. I had previous bad experience with one leading financer. I approached DHFL at their branch at Fortune Plaza, Thube Park, Shivajinagar, Pune.
The staff was helpful.They offered me scheme of cheap interest and they offered me a home loan without guarantor. This is a rare institute where you do not have to haggle for guarantor.
They collected all papers and guided me. They have a scheme of direct debit to bank account for EMI instalment which gets debited on 10th of every month. However, I was forced to buy an insurance policy for home loan security.
Overall the experience was reasonably good so far. I hope they will keep up the good work.
