Customer service is too bad of Dhfl because I personally experienced about it, whenever you go to Dhfl they will serve you a good starting service but afterwards they were worst.
Rating will only 1 from my point of view and they will change extremely higher charges rather than others NBfc.
Overall satisfaction is not done for me because they charge high interest plus one loan charges as well.
Staffing is too bad because they give time to premium customer not an individual customers, so please think once when you going to Dhfl for loan.
