Dear friends, my name is sunil I would like share my personal experiance with you, five month back I was searching property at greater noida, I have seen lots of land finaly I like one property at greater noida near denso factory, there is new colony is under construction by the name of defence colony I have went there two time me and my family like property and area very much but there is poan facility and financial partner was dewan housing finance ones we are settng in table they are saying interest rate is 14% which is very very high compare with other banks, I have imidiatly back out and I have loos this property becaouse this is the only financial partner of builder, thanks
