I purchased a Farlin bed railing from this store. They were exhorbitant
and refused to consider their prices even after being told that all the
other stores are selling the same products at much less. Since the
other store was in another mall and we did not want to go through
another parking nightmare, we paid the extra and bought a baby farlin
bed railing.
They had no Indian brand and no other options. We got home
and realised that the assembly instructions are in Chinese script!
Worse, the product is unsafe for children. When I called them to
explain this and asked for a refund or a credit note, they told me that
since this company has a presence in the US, the product cannot be
unsafe! I mean, how is a US office related to safety? They refused
to consider any exchange or return option and pretty much asked me to
do what I please and go to hell. To sum up, they are expensive,
unfriendly, have more customers than they want, and do not mind selling
unsafe products for your children.
I would avoid them by a BIG
distance, esp. since the other options in GGN are plenty and cheaper
and lots more customer friendly.
