Yes, like all the other romantic movie lovers I was extremely excited for the movie and the same reason kept increasing my curiosity day by day as the movie date was coming nearer. I would appriciate the songs and the work of Ishaan khattar because his acting was the only part that made me watch the full movie else it was not upto the mark. Song like ZIGAAT is such an fun song that leads your feets dance everytime. The main line zing zing zing zing zigaat and the dance step on that is too good. The title track DHADAK is also amazing. It will attarcts your heart everytime you listen to the song because this always reminds you of the love you have in your life. It is such and relaxing and soothing song. Other songs like PEHLI BAAR n all are also fine but not that good. So it was about the songs part. One more thing thats was good is the colours in the movie that were quite bright and for a colour lover like me that was a plus point.
Now about the movie as a whole I didn’t liked it much as there was no such good story, no good dialogues, no encouragement. The only thing in the story was that two people loves each other and the run away from their place. Thats it! After Badri ki dulhaniya this was not expected from the director. If the teams would have added some fun, comedy or action part may be then it would become successful. But it was simple straight movie that would throw a bad impact on the viewers as nowadays yougsters are directly following bollywood and making it part of their lives. This can deteriorate the integrity of the Society as loving someone has no problem but leaving your family for that single person is not at all accpetable. There might be problems in the family but that doesnt mean you leave them with no clue forever. If I think moreover it was entertainment then also it was unsuccessful because it had no entertainment. I expected Jhanvi to act good but she didn’t. Being ward of such an amazing film actress of 80’s like SriDevi who has famed being HAWA HAWAI sets your bars high.and if you do not fulfil the expectations then you are completely unsuccessful. If I talk about the looks of main leading actors that was also just an average. They were seeming senior secondary students not someone to have a kid for the quater of the movie. Their small ages were the reason that made us feel like kids are running away from home. I just find it ’pesaa fizool’ movie. Those daily promtions and spending money on that was all fail and waste! Because from the very begininng of the movie to the end it had no entertaining part. It was so money wasting! Youngsters and teenagers were like they have wasted thier pocket money. During the whole movie I was like now something exciting will occur or then somthing will occur but nathing happened! Even in the interval I was thinking that now after running away the movie will take a shift and would have somthing good for me and all the other viewers but I that prived me hundred percent wrong. I find it super ’bekaar’ after Race 3 of thid year. Instead I could have saved money for akshay kumar’s gold. I would say that ishaan and jhanvi should better not enter this film industry any more. Why don’t they somewhere else. They have to work on thier skills of acting because that are poor in them. I should have visited for the movie after 3-4 days of releasing so that I could know the reviews of the people because that was a time waste and pathetically boring movie. I know all these Kinda reviews are really disappointing for newly coming actors like Ishan and Jhanvi but this kinda movie was disappointing for us too. I hope next time they both come up with somthing exciting and new because it was the first step towards movie and hope they take it as a lesson for future. And I wish them all the very best for their future anf upcoming projects either in cinemas or somewhere else.
