Dhamaal is a mixture of jokes. No storyline , . no plot, just fun. To watch the movie forget logic, forget intelligence and suggest leave your brain at home. Indra Kumar cooks up a movie with four good for nothing thugs who fail in everything they do and hence land themselves into financial trouble. In their quest for money, Arshad, Ashish, Javed and Riteish land themselves into trouble with every plan that they make. Humour starts from the foolish things they do.
As lady luck would have it a Rich man meets with an accident and gives the location of a treasure of ten crores in Goa. Sanjay Dutt a cop and his Commissioner are also after this man for his treasure. This land the foursome into trouble and what follows is madness. The cop wants the location of the treasure and a chase to get there first starts. Asrani, the father of Ashish also joins the chase, Each of them tries to pip the other to the post and takes various modes of transport on their way to Goa which includes cars, bulldozer, bikes and even a plane. The movie culminates at the garden where they all find the treasure and distribute in all fairness only to find themselves with the treasure at an orphanagess function where they donate all the money though reluctantly.
All the stars act as fools and generate a lot of funny moments but the storyline does not have anything new to offer. The music by Adnan Sami is adequate. Its a fun time movie for the family but dont go expecting for much.
