I took a loan from Indiabulls dhani. I foreclosed the loan even before my first emi was generated. It’s been almost 3 months still my Data is not updated in the portal.
I have called n number of times and also mailed them but all the requests fell on deaf ears. Every time customer care executives say that they will mail the back-end team regarding the same. It’s useless as you don’t hear back from them.
I wish I could give them negative ratings.
