May be the bank statistics are good and encouraging. Here I would like to add about work culture at Dhanalakshmi bank, (retail assets department). This is new start up division and daily work hours upto 9pm from 10 am. If you are lucky chap then you will get Sunday as holiday Rajeev_Vermacially on month ends. This kind of work culture has been told that its been derived from other private competitors like ’’’’India Bulls’’’’ and ICICI banks. Some people like me dreaming to meet their spouse and talk for a while.
I would encourage the CEO of the bank read this article and should felt ashamed to force their employees to work extra hours and sundays with out paying single rupee extra. People who want to join this make sure about work hours and join. Otherwise you will be disconnected with your family.
Remember for this positions you will be contacted by Talent Sprint. they dont tell you about this much hectic work culture and timings. You have to pay 50000 as deposit and you will be paid back after completion of two years, I am sure if you want family you will be ready to loose 50K to break the bond. HR tells you the work timing which will not be true. These are all base upon true experiences.
