Dheeraj builder is number one cheater. I had invested in their Jade residences pune. Project was delayed for more than 3 years as builder constructed 8, 9 10 floor without getting permission. I had purchased the same on higher rate considering amenities promised by builder such as swimming pool, multipurpose court, mandir, amphitheatre. Now builder is giving only small club house. It is 2yrs since got possession but the amenities work is not started. It will not start for next 2 year. Other properties in vicinity were available at half rate and got completed within timeline.
