I was initailly with BHW then moved to DHFL under merger, the firt thing is their web portal which has a option to download ITR statements, they work great cause nothing gets downloaded .
2nd thing is these guys have the most pathetic customer service, I have recorded conversations with customer service where is the response received was we are unable to locate you on records, please provide us with loan file number, sorry sir thius is not matching, please visit local branch .
Visiting local branch is again very bad experience, they always goof up, and move their locations frequently,
currently I am in situation wherein I have benn asked to visit local branch which has relocated from Gera junction kondhwa and customer care is advised that I should visit the main branch to get the issue sorted out .
where is the branch and whom to contact, they do not even have a grievance addressee system
