Website Problem & Bad customer service

The website is not functional and difficult to get any details. Website always show errors. On calling the customer care they say go to nearest branch. Why to pay 11.3% intrest on home loan for such pathetic service. Also the website show write us email and we will reply in 7 days. I was trying to login the website of dhfl to download the yearly reciept of intrest paid for taxation purpose as it was deadline in 5 days or income tax department will charge 5000 rs fine. This pathetic website is creating problems. DHFL calls us 10 times a day when we miss out a deadline by one day. but when a customer requires the service it is difficult to connect with them. frustrated in last three years by this serivice. I will shift to private bank with low interest rates than dhfl. I wrote on this website to make everyone aware about there website bad service facility.
