I used DHL (Dreem Home Links) Packers and movers to help relocate from Bangalore to Kolkata. They are the worst ever movers and packers company. They just play around with the customers left, right and center and care one bit for the inconveniences the customer is going through. You just have to put up with all their nonsense only because you need to pay them the money upfront.
They don’t answer your phone calls promptly, they don’t bother to return the customer’s call, they just switch off their cell phones to avoid the customer calls. I don’t think there is any supervisor or manager in this company who has the balls to make things happen. Everyone you speak with is as good as the previous one. They are very good at luring customers into taking their services but it’s only when you’ve fallen will you realize what a run around you are going to have. I sent out my goods on 15th Feb. Today is 1st March and I’ve not yet received my goods. Once they have got the money, they just don’t bother what happens to the customer. All they are worried about is money.
PLEASE DON’T EVER EVER EVER EVER use the services of this crappy company at all as they are the embodiments of pathetic services.
