Initially I was skeptical whether to go ahead with DHL after reading the reviews. However, after speaking with Mr. Ramesh Kumar(DHL-MUMBAI), I got convinced and decided to move ahead with this for my transfer of goods from Mumbai to Bangalore.
Right from initial survey and packing of goods at Mumbai to dispatch and unloading at bangalore, every thing happened as committed.
Thanks to Ramesh for being so. The compliance to timelines what he specified were also fairly good, and there was no need for me to follow-up. Whenever I called ie., during loading/unloading he was quite attentive and resolution oriented. I would recommend one to go ahead with this if one wish to have optimum balance of budget and service.
