A really bad experience at this dhone service centre for royal Enfield bike. I was about to go ladakh on my bullet after 2 days and had given my bike for servicing before going on urgent basis.It was normal servicing and alloy wheels work. They took the bike details and related issues and promised to give bike by evening but even after a day my bike was not ready and no one was responding seriously there. Then I asked the manager the issue he said your bike is done its just remaining to get washed. When I got the bike after waiting for 3 long hours I found out that these guys has just washed my bike and changed oil in 15 minutes and all the issues were still as it is. The manager was not accepting the thing afterward by checking few things he agreed to get it done again. Again after an hr gave my bike and they did nothing to solve issues. I requested the manager to get it done neatly I want to go on long distance ride, he said we need to open up the assembly and all and it will take 3 days. After much quarell and bill problems I went to another service centre and my same issues were solved in 20 minutes with servicing. These dhone service centre is cheat. The manager vanished in his cabin when he got to know they have cheated me and are been caught. Customer care, service time, service quality, reliability, honesty, knowledge about bikes nothing I could see there. They just see how they can take all your money without doing any work on bike and handing you big invoice.They are Liers and fraud service who does not have any knowledge able mechanic or manager. Royal enfield should ban these. I guarantee you wont see any good reviews about this vehicle dealer service station. Dont waste your time and money here , try royal enfield service centre in hingne sinhgad road or even platinum auto royal Enfield service is good. Not recommended.
