Here comes a much awaited and much hyped movie Dhoom2 which was said to be a blockbuster for Indian Cinema, but is it so. Think again and watch it only if you do not have any expectations from it, then only you can somewhat like it. Though it has a bit good action sequences and dance numbers but that is not the only thing you watch a movie for. Performance wise Abhishek Bachchan has done his job but I dont think others were doing anything. Hritik’s performance is not as good as his some of previous movies. No doubt he is good in dance and actions but he is not so good in acting. Likewise Aishwarya was also not up to the expectations. And I don’t know why they have Uday Chopra in their movies.
Mr. A is a fantastic thief who can do anything he wants, he is brilliant , does good planning and thinks ahead of everyone yet he doesn’t give it a thought that Sunahri may be palnted by police, and its just laughable how he is waiting for her when she comes before her for the theft.
And when Sunahri tells her name to Mr. A , her acting reminds me of Shahrukh Khan, I think she is doing a good job by learning acting from him. The conversations between Hritik and Aishwarya are really boring (except in the last few scenes) and u feel sleepy in between and pray that the scene between them will be over soon. They look so artificial and u realise they have come here for only passing time. There was no need of Bipasha in the movie but you see she is in double role. I think they just got her for a bit more glamour(though it was already enough) and to have someone for Uday who himself is useless. They could have given Abhishek a little more screen time to make the things better but did they really wanted a good movie. The movie could have been made much better if they could have a given a second thought for the plots, acting and storyline. Sometimes you can feel why at all u came here to watch it.
The movie is nowhere near to the original Dhoom and as I already said watch it without any expectations. The movie will only be liked by Hritik and Aish’s fan and also by Uday and Bipasha’s fan( if there are any), but not by all. And yes I must say it has good action and would have been more useful if were a bit logical and rightly placed. So watch it if you really want to.
