PLOT: As everyone know that dhruva is the remake of THANI ORUVAN(TAMIL MOVIE). Both the versions are really good but the people who saw thani oruvan first, feels that thani oruvan is a little better than dhruva. Dhruva is also good in parts when compared to Thani oruvan
Now moving into the plot Abhimanyu(Arvind Swamy) is shown as evil from his childhood. His father who is shown as fool follows whatever his says to him. Abhimanyu turns out to be more evil as he grew up. Hero is potrayed as a good and disciplined police officer .Now he is main aim or motto is to get/kick out the crimefrom his city.
So he chooses Abhimanyu as his target and fights against him. The rest os the plot includes how did he prove that abhimanyu is evil and the mind games between hero and villain and the love track between the hero and heroine.ASHTADIGBANDHANA needs to be mentioned specially director has potrayed it with utmost care
CAST PERFORMANCE: RAM CHARAN: He has done a decent performance in the movie .he has improved a lot in the acting .And his hardwork for the title song dhruva is outstanding. Especially during the love proposal scene his expressions and the way emotions worked out is one of the major highlight of the film.
RAKUL PREET SINGH: Her role is very linited in the movie but she has done a good job whenever she is on screen. Most of them are going to feel that heroine is only for the songs. Her cuteness in chusa chusa song and her hotness in pareshanura song makes her one of the best tollywood heroine of present generation.
ARAVIND SWAMY: Arawind swamy is showcased as stylish villain and he is literally involved in the role. His costume selection adn his mind games and his evil behaviour are really cool in the movie. The evil smile and his attitude in the climax scene show him as the major asset of the film
OTHER CAST: Firends along with ram charan made a decent performance specially to be mention is navadeep . He has done a decent job in the film and his death is showcased pretty well
Posani krishna murali as a foolish father is going to laugh here and the and he has been suited for the role perfectly
SOUND TRACK: Pareshanura visually is the major highlight of the film, hotness of rakul oozoses in this song and definitely is an eye trat for the fans. The title song is also one of the plus point the body building shown by ram charan is really good and yes he really worked hard. Neethoney dance tonight is also really cool and definitely the best party song released in 2016 . Choosa Chossa song is good both visually and for hearing it is really showcased pretty good. BGM for hero and villain are simply outstanding .
Cinematography: Cinematography at some shots are really top notch. The title track is the important thing cinematograpghy worked pretty well in this song.
VERDICT: People who have watched THANI ORUVAN may find similar in almost very part of the film though they will enjoy it
People watching this movie for the first time will definitely be spell bound.
