The story is that I purchased an LV handbag from them like a month ago. I was sure they are fake but I thought it’s worth a try. I asked them & they said it will be original and I can get it checked at any company outlet. So I purchased went ahead positively with the purchase.
As I got the bag I already knew its fake because of its damn poor quality. The quality was just so poor that even the first makes are better than what they sent me. I asked their customer service girl about the authenticity. Her definition was even poor than the quality of the handbag.
She said it’s a 2 years old stock so that is why it looks fake and I can get it checked with any outlet. As I went to the LV store here in Delhi, they assured me it was a fake bag.
I asked DIGAAZ to refund my money but they simply refused to do so and said sir its 100% original BLAH BLAH and all the crap & asked me to get it in written from the company outlet that the item is fake.
So Mr. Digaaz I would simply like to let you know that if my refund is not issued within 7 days, m a come to your place and give you both a proper Indian visit.
