App is designed very well. Earlier it was causung some issues but later when I spoke to the representatives it has never had any issue
There are various features in the app such as you can open a FD or RD , mobile recharge , bill payments, flight booking

Just download the app and create account and set your date and time for an appoinment with the representative for the biometric verification and once done then opt for a debit card which usually comes within a week. Mine came in 3 days in delhi.
