Digi bank is a good concept of banking but it had many disadvantages like it is virtual nd can deposit money only through the internet banking not by going to the bank. It is a type of wallet bank. Everyone can not make use of it because everyone is not award with interent. Another in India it had only in few cities . I am living in ahmedabad and I have to open my account then I have to go to Surat for my biometric and aadhar card proof which is worst .
They should send their representative who can go to that city and can take the proof of many people who are interested in this.
Their customer service is also very bad they are not giving poor answers to me just they are giving excuses to me.
I do not like this concept untill they cover all city.
