Let me tell my journey. In GlassDoor review. HR and MD are posting the postie reviews.They are blocking the reviews by signing up with GlassDoor.
a. PF concept does not exist. so Digital Harbor not bothered about EMPLOYEES.
b.Management board does not exist. Decision are individual based without any opinion
c. Worst MD(Brother) and his diploma holding Mangers.
d.Employee are treated like DAILY WAGE LABORS .
e. Good for 1-2 year experienced candidates.
when I joined the company they FIRED 2 employees whose is experience 2-4 yearss
In the next month they hired 12 years manager. they FIRED him next month.
In 3 month hired DIRECTOR of 15 years experience. fired him after the 8 month of his tenure.
4.In 4 month hired 6 years experience employee and FIRED in next month.
5.In 5 month they hired 5 employees of experience 1-5 years. in this 2 were FIRED in 4 month of tenure.
FIRED me and one more employee.
In 7 month .the TEAM LEADs
8 In 8 month FIRED the ARCHITECT.
In 9 month FIRED technical DIRECTOR
In 10 month fired 2 more. of 4 years experince
it goes on. you will FIRED
Digital Harbor will not hire TALENTED resource. Hire many when work is there and then fire after work completes. They will assign unreachable target, make you mentally weak(without giving resource/guidance) . then make you feel that no where you will get job.
