As most of the worst reviews about this company is getting proved by all day by day. Already this company has worst proven management in all levels. To make it worst, one very bad VP was hired by this management. That person with full dictatorship, without leadership quality, spoiled all his previous organization and thrown out everywhere. Became VP here. To make the situations still worst, he started removing very good resources, worst deliveries. Finally this management removed that worst persons. This company does not have any proven 1) quality record, 2) no proper interview process. 3) no career growth 4) if u are here for more than 2-3 years here, I challenge you, you cannot get job anywhere. I know all the old people are trying to get job outside. They are hardly finding any job. 5) no focus.
Now they are telling that they would hire’PMs’, ’BAs’ etc., As a person to know all the details, I assure you, don’t join in this company. Since you are lucky enough, you are seeing these reviews. Think mant times before you join this company.
