You are most well-come to Nagaland; the land of Nagas that is situated in the North Eastern part of our country. The principle language of Nagaland is Nagamese, which is very similar to the Assemese language. Like most other North Eastern states, Nagaland is also covered by mountains and hills. People still follow Jhum cultivation in many parts of Nagaland.
Kohima is the state capital of Nagaland and Dimapur district of Nagaland is one of the most important commercial center of the entire North Eastern region. Dimapur is well connected to all the major places through both airways and roadways.
Nagas are brave warriors and can toil endlessly. This is the first Christian state of our country that hates to be recognized as one among the Indians (ofcourse they have some reason for it also). Nagaland is worth visiting.
