Would like to bring this to your notice that your service sucks big time. My set top box wasnt working when I called a person from Dish to correct it. They replaced with with another and gave it to me.
They charged me the replacement cost and the cost of coming and doing the replacement. Now just after 5 days of that replacement, my Dish is not working again.
Since morning I have made around 20 calls, where they keep giving different nos. of different areas and everyone says -"Ok. we will send some1" but no1 is coming and doing the needful.
And guess what? they say that I need to pay the entire thing again. No thanks for wasting and ruining my Sunday.
