Please be aware of the service issues before purchasing DISH TV
Sales guys cal as soon as you post a query to know about DIST TV (Good) , Sales guy as usual is pushee, Please ensure that you do your research before you pick up the plan.
Pit falls to be aware off:-
1.False promises made with regards to installation time (Sir, morning before 11 am, 100% sir) .
2.Does not provide you information regaring, the documentation required( address proof on the owners name which would be difficult to produce if you would have moved in to a new city/place )
3.Local Service center executive calls you to reconfirm the booking &again a false promise is made regading the timing for installing the DISH TV ( Sir morning 11 am sir , does not mention regarding the documentation )
4.The techincal guy lands at his own convenient time for installation ( when asked for he gives a typical answer :- I have received the instruction just before 30 min ) It could really upset you if you have planned you day .
5.After installing the Dish TV , the technical guy provides you with a form to be filled & asks for your address proof ( I you check the reason why where you not informed of it before , the answer could really upset you . TV will not work , if you will not give me the address proof)
- Please be aware of filling the entire form , the technical guy may ask you not to fill the amount .
If you are happy regarding the installation , please hold on !! the wild goose chase begins
Your TV screen will respond NO signal/ Signal Unavailable , please contact the customtakeouter service
When you reaching the customtakeouter service representative , the answer would be , sir your Dish TV is under technical upgradation please call after 2 hrs ( you will get the same responce form hear on )
3.You can try your luck talking or registering you complaint with a person next level, response will be :Mr. Sandeep is not available/ No higher level this is the only level sir.
- If you are lucky as goes DISH karo aur WISH karo you TV might work the NEXT day .
End of if you might land up purchasing DISH TV where your TV screen will respond NO signal / Signal Unavailable .
WAIT........!!!!! Hear is the beginning of a new challenge
YOUR Dish might not work weekly once ( that too on a week end )
Dear customtakeouter / Management please be aware of the above as you might END your JOY instead of ENJOYing the Sevice .
