I am using it for a month. The initial installation and free 1 month subscription were really nice. But then, as soon my 1 month got over, they extended it to 3 days as goodwill. They never told they are gonna charge for this.
I was out of station, I didn’t need tv and I did not care what dish tv is doing until I returned home.
As soon I returned, I selected some 199 swagat pack and recharged with Rs.199 and thought I am done.
But no, they deducted around Rs. 100 as soon as I recharged. Why? Well, I was not told that.
I had to call dish tv customer care to know the reason. They told that it was for the 3 day extension which I had never asked for and Rs. 25 extra deduction as I failed to recharge within time. Nowhere in their website, they mention such things. They are fraud in my eyes.
Now again I am getting’ recharge in 2 days’ message on my tv. I am trying hard to unsubscribe with the add-on packs which they automatically selected for me while I was choosing the base pack. It’s not getting unsubscribed. And if I recharge once, they are gonna deduct my money which is never gonna come back to me.
Hate you dish tv.
