Dish TV has pathetic customer service!

It’s really bizarre that your contact center says that there is no possibility of escalating matters to Dish TV Management, I used Airtel TV before and there was an easy option to reach out to Nodal officers before.
Now coming to the issue:
? Two months back when I took these connections, I was confirmed that I can make my primary connection a life time subscription by paying INR 19, 499 and don’t have to pay amount INR 15000 for Child Connection i.e. Child connection on Monthly INR 250 would continue.
? Now I am being told to recharge by INR 19, 499+ 15000 for Primary and Child connection both, then only my connection can be converted to a lifetime subscription.
? I discussed this before taking the connection 2 months back and mentioned that why should I pay for 5 years for child connection in advance if there is no benefit, that is when your supervisor discussed this and confirmed that child connection can continue on Monthly INR 250 payment basis.
I don’t see any logic in forcing client to pay for 5 years for Child connection with-out providing any benefit else clearly there should be an option to continue Child connection on Monthly payment of Rs. 250. I would have not even taken the connection if this was not confirmed.
One more last point, It seems that your customer care of outsourced to a pathetic service provider with poor voice technology, the line is never clear on either side. Communication skills of people with poor technology makes situation worse.
