Everything is fine except some basic problems related to the set top box. Sometimes set top box doesn’t work smoothly and responds to remote input very slowly. It looks like that it has freezed the input signal. Picture and signal quality is pretty good. Dish fflix service is amazing as I can see the new movies with high picture quality like home theater. Service & Support is also very quick. Service boys are also very gentle and tries to come on time. My last query related to the dish tv was solved within 1 day. They responded immediately after I registered a complaint. I am satisfied with the customer care service as well. It the last when it comes to the value for money services, Dish Tv charges just little bit more money. In my opinion if the company will lower their price just 15-20 rs., it will be great and also can be game changer for the company.
