Enough is enough, i am tired of you guys since day ONE, bad installation, irresponsible staff, unnecessary payments etc etc.
At the time of installation your so called engineers gave me cable so short that the box was hanging out of the window in spite of telling to give me long wire for which I was willing to pay.After 3 days some other staff came they charged for connecters etc which I was not supposed to pay, i was supposed to pay for wires only but because of ur irresponsible staff I had to bear tht as well.
Then on 4th November I recharged my account with Rs.500 and asked you guys for South all sports+ South all sports Full-ON HD, which never happened.But instead The base pack was activated and the HD pack was never activated, and to activate it I spent nearly Rs.100 on sending CALL ME SMS.Spent Rs.150+ on calls as well.Nobody bothered to give a call back or to pick up my call.
AND ABOVE ALL YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE HAVE GOT THE BALLS TO DISCONNECT THE CALL SAYING THAT OUR SENIORS ARE BUSY AND THEY CAN NOT ENTERTAIN YOU NOW, THIS MAKES SENSE IF YOU HAVE A TOLL FREE NUMBER BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY, LOSERS.
Now after 8 days of struggle the HD Pack is activated, but your confirmation SMS says the next recharge date is 6th Dec 14 which I do not understand WHY?
Both the pack cost Rs 444 per month, i recharged 500 on 4th Nov, HD Pack activated on 11th Nov. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE MATH HERE.
I need more clarification on this next recharge date.
