Poor customer service & faulty accounting policy.

1-I suspect that this company may not be depositing GST deducted from the customer. Self registered own GSTN with the dish TV on 2nd Dec’17 & after this made 2 payments of Rs 1331/- inclusive of 18% GST on 25/12/2017 & 10/03/2018. Till date this company has not uploaded any of the vouchers on the GST portal. When I contacted the customer care by mail/ phone. Initial response was very irresponsible statement " Dish TV’s job is to provide tv & if I have any query about GST than I must get in touch with the Income tax department. Later they sent me the invoice in the GST format for the March’18 payment in the month of May’18 but still have not uploaded the invoice on GST portal.


2-Customer service don’t believe in replying things on mail & mostly they try to provide solution to the customer query on phone so that no one can back track. Different executive makes the different statement & when it is not complied & call them again the executive will not be aware of it.


Due to this we were denied TV signals on our set by dish TV from 7 to 17th of May’18 due to their non transparent policies & poor co ordination with technicians coming to attend fixing the antenna problem.


Problem arise at my place on 6th May’18 due to worn out of the base where TV antenna was fixed. Finally I had to make total payment of Rs 675/- & got the antenna shifted to new place. Their technician’s are so incompetent that they try to fit the antenna on a base which was not suitable to hold so that they keep demanding money for the frequent calls & when you brief the customer care they will say they have noted but will not take action.
