I have never seen such service in any private company. I have logged
the complain in DishTv from about 15 days. Still they are not at all
responding. And their customer care people are worst. Even they don’t
have a sence of talking. I don’t know how they are serviving in this
compititive market. I have called the customer care serveral times but
no any output.
Finally I am filing case against them in Consumer Court
today. I don’t know what will be the output of this. But I don’t have anyother
choice.
You won’t belive how these guys are responding on customer care. They hold the phone in between if we are shouting at them. They behave like they are our boss. And if we insist on talking to some senior member they just hand over the someone who is even more worst than him. WTF is this service.
