I am holding an existing DishTv subscribtion with VC # 01506766953 and would want to say the services are worst and pathetic.
The channels loose the connections suddenly inspite of clear wheather . This problem is persistent with me for last 8-10 times in 4 months . I had filed many a complaints with DishTv customer service and each time it takes 5-10 days to resolve it, not to mention after many followups with DishTv and its agents.
I am frustrated with Dish Tv service and I have decided to switch to Tata Sky who has better and cheaper service than DishTv.
Finally DishTv donot have a reporting authority or an appelate authority protocol or even contact number or a simple email address of its reporting officers which is a norm for every service provider . Customers are left at mercy of the outsourced customer service BPO agents who simply are intrested to complete a call centre formality . There are no higher authorities whom you can contact in distress.
I suggest people to refrain from buying DishTv subscription and only if you want to waste your time and money buy dishtv . They are interested in spending crores on marketing and brand ambassadors but not even thousands on building service centres or an complaint registering authority.
Customers would be taken for royal ride by Dish Tv .
