It’s been more than six years that I’m using Dish TV service and want to share my true experience. Before Dish TV, I was using the service by local cable operators and after I purchased HD TV I decided to go for DTH service for better picture quality and viewing experience. So after some research I opted for Dish TV which was really much affordable initially.
As by months Dish TV started to increasing the rates of their channel packs which was so frustrating because after certain point the rates were way high compared to other services. Even their support system was not convincing and take way much time to respond and solve the problem. Conditions become much worse in the rainy season with cloudy atmosphere, also it stressed their support system so heavily that you hardly get service within expected time period. Often experienced the bad signal strength and discontinuation which is really upsetting.
So though they manage to keep their overall picture and sound quality to a good level, I would not recommend it because of poor signal strength, support & service and way higher rates. There are definitely better and cheaper options with good service so go for them instead.
