Beware of Dish TV customer service number 18601803474. It is a money guzzler.This post is to inform you about the unprofessional behaviour of Dish TVIndia for advertising their product to customers on customers’s expense. Last month, I had a problem with my DishTV connection and tried to contact Customer service on 18601803474 several times. Many times I was put on hold for very long time (5 minutes to 25 minutes) with recorded advertisement of their products (such as Movie on Demand). I never realized that I was not just wasting my time but paying Rs. 2.00 per minute for listening to their advertisements.
I realized it only after receiving my telephone bill. I find this practice totally outrageous and probably illegal to force customer to listen the advertisements on their own expenses on the pretext of Customer service.
Does somebody has any idea about the regulator (e-mail, phone number), where this can be pointed out so that Dish TV can be brought to books for this immoral practice.
