=I am very much frustrated with the DISH TV connection and customer support that I now forced to let you know my worst experience with Dish TV so that others should be aware of this.
I took the connection in my name at Bangalore 4 years back.
This time I paid 1470.00 for 6 months renewal for Gold Pack+Khana Khazana on 20-01-2011 in cash.
The Dish TV call centre guys are so pathetic ...... they cannot properly speak/understand english, donot know their product/services itself. Very unfriendly, rude.
First they told me to scan and send the cash receipt copy by email. I send 6 times and each time they told they have not received the attachment. Ultimately found that they even donot know how to open a email !!!!!!!!!!
One the day of renewal over the call and in email I mentioned that I need Khana Khazana ch. and paid 120.00 extra for that. But they did not activated the same. I wrote a mail on 22-01-2011 , and they told That I never asked for that!!!!!!!!
I now decided to stop the connection no the next renewal.
