SRK is your brand ambassador.. Are you busy celebrating KKR win? So much so that you have not kept your promise and bothered to send your technician in the past three days. I was promised through a text message from that I will be sent a technician on 4/06/13 between 21:10 hrs to 22:10hrs but no one showed up.
This morning I get a call from your executive saying he will come by evening but no one showed up again. When I called him today he gave me a lame excuse saying he called up and I did not answer his call. If you want I can request my telephone operator to provide me with the call list and be my guest to check your executive’s number in it.
This is utter nonsense and pathetic service when you guys promise to resolve complaints in 24hrs. On top of that you expect us to pay you on time sometimes before the due date so that we get to see bogus flop movies on MOD. BTW, I also have a Service Care Pack that one of your executives asked me to buy promising one year of service delight.I guess he never knew that your service is SO PATHETIC.
