I am one of the earliest subscribers of Dish TV since 2005. Its packaging is very good and no of channels is probably highest amongst the competitors. But their after sales service is very poor and once there is some mechanical problem in stead of repairing it they would recommend you for taking a new connection. If you insist on a repair they will quote a hefty repair cost which will be more than a new connection indirectly compelling you to take a brand new connection. Take it if you are fond of use and throw so that you take a new connection as soon as the old one gets defects.
Faced with such a dilemma I am thinking of changing my DTH as any way I have to take a new one. Their call centre people also suggest you to change the provider telling they cant do anything about this. Inspite of my intention to change the provider I have given them a three star because of the channel package.
