I had taken Dish TV maxi pack and paid the whole year’s amount. Initially lot of setting problems were there. I have to pay setting charges every time to local service providers. Most of the time when I want to see the program it remains unavailable.
The biggest cheating with customer started soon after 3 to 4 month. Dish TV started removing some channels one by one from this package and started asking money to subscribe these channels. like CNBC, Zoom etc.------ moreover from last 1 month I am not getting Sony, Star plus, Star Gold also.
Every time if I complaint, these people says that some setting problem is there. Local dealers services are worst and reluctant to attend the job. Customer care always say that we will sort out the problem but no result.
Now I have decided to switch over to other DTH like Tata Sky or Big TV or Air Tel or Sun Direct?I recommend not to buy Dish TV . I have decided to change it. I would like to Scrap Dish TV disk and Set Top Box to ’Kabadi’ but he also refuses and say that he will buy it on KG basis.
