Dish tv backs out from its offers frequently

I am having Dish TV connection from August, 2004. I have observed that this company backs out from the given offers frequently and demands more money for the same services. Initially Etv Rajasthan was with the given package which was suddenly withdrawn. After a long period, it has been re-introduced but they are asking for extra payment.

Similarly they introduced a scheme for additional ’multi room connections’ (up to three) at a discounted rate and took confirmed deposits for one year. People like me paid for the additional set top box and disc etc. to avail the discount and also deposited one year subscription.

I am having two such additional connections with Maxi package under this scheme. Just within six months they have renamed the ’multi room connections’ as ’child connections’ and have withdrawn almost all favorite channels from the given package. Now, I have to pay considerable additional amount to get the same channels even if I have already paid for one year.

Dish TV should have honored its commitments at least up to one year from the date of initial deposit for which they have took the subscription and changes, if any, should have been made applicable to fresh connections or on the renewal date of the multi room connections. Thus I have experienced that Dish TV does not honor its own commitments.

In addition to this there are all facilities to upgrade the pack at extra cost but there is no simple way to downgrade the same to save some money. Thus it a Mahabharat Chakravyuah and you are Abhimanyu - only to enter but not to come out.
